Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of teamlmi.com and hire.teamlmi.com (the "Sites") and, together with any proposal or order you accept, the services TeamLMI provides. TeamLMI is a trade name of Frese Enterprises, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation. By using the Sites or buying a service you agree to these terms.
Services and fees
- Hiring, run for you is billed at the fee published on the Sites, per position, per month, in advance. There is no placement fee. Either party may end the engagement effective at the next billing date.
- Executive coaching is billed per leader, per month, in advance, month to month. Either party may end it effective at the next billing date.
- Workshops, Finalist Assessments, and assessment orders are billed at the published price when ordered. Refunds are described in the return policy.
- Strategic planning and other fixed-fee engagements are governed by the proposal you accept.
Assessments and hiring decisions
Assessment reports and screening summaries are professional opinions offered to help you decide. They are one input among several. The hiring decision, and responsibility for it, remains with the employer. Reports are for the purchaser's internal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Your account and content
Access to restricted areas of the Sites requires a username and password or a private link. You are responsible for keeping them confidential. Content you submit, including job applications, must be yours to submit and accurate.
Intellectual property
The Sites, the assessments, the reports, and the materials we provide are owned by TeamLMI or by FactorFactory LLC, our assessment publisher, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your own organization.
Links to other sites
The Sites link to third-party sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Sites are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamLMI disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept it.
