Monthly services
Hiring and executive coaching are billed monthly in advance. You can end either one at any time, effective at the next billing date. We do not refund a month in progress.
Workshops
A workshop cancelled seven or more days before the session is refunded in full. Inside seven days, you may reschedule once at no charge within 30 days; otherwise the fee is not refundable. Participant assessments already completed are not refundable.
Assessments and Finalist Assessments
Assessment orders are refundable if no respondent has started the assessment. Once a respondent begins, the order is not refundable. A Finalist Assessment search is refundable in full until the first finalist is invited.
Books
Our books are sold through Amazon, and Amazon's return policy applies.
Fixed-fee engagements
Strategic planning and other fixed-fee engagements follow the payment and cancellation terms in the proposal you accepted.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days.
