Kent is a recognized expert in leadership development and talent management, with over 24 years of practical experience in organizational leadership and development. Additionally, he specializes in the design of organizational continuity programs and succession strategies for executives and business owners.

He has held positions at all levels of management, including Director, CIO, Vice President and President.

He also served as a skiing instructor and coach for over 18 years.  He is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Rotary Club of Harrisburg and Therapeutic Riding Association of Cumberland County.
