Eileen McBrearty Cross has extensive human resource, leadership development, organizational change and consulting expertise built through over 15 years of experience as an internal human resource executive in the media and entertainment industry and as an external consultant to private and non-profit organizations.  

A highly innovative human resource professional  Eileen has built and led high impact, creative and diverse HR organizations in a variety of competitive and fast paced companies.  She is action and results oriented with a successful track record in formulating and implementing global human resource strategies and programs that enable people and organizational success.  Eileen possesses a strong ability to analyze an organization’s critical business and people requirements and develop programs that cultivate and nourish innovation, collaboration and functional expertise.

Eileen works with clients in a variety of ways providing consultative advice and direction in areas of HR  Architecture and Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Management Systems, Performance Management Systems, Organizational Capacity Assessment, Change Leadership and Executive, Team and High Potential Coaching.

Eileen received her certification in executive coaching from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch University in New York City and is certified in 360 Assessment from the Center for Creative Leadership.  She holds a degree from Monmouth University and continues her professional development in human resource and organizational strategy through premier educational programs and conferences offered through The Conference Board, Center for Creative Leadership, Corporate Leadership Council, Harvard University and Society for Human Resources Management. Eileen volunteers her expertise to non-profit organizations who are finding it difficult to address their strategic, operational and financial challenges in today’s economy.

Eileen enjoys interior design in her spare time and spends time with family and friends at her home at the beach throughout the year.  She is also a certified fitness instructor helping individuals meet their fitness goals.
