Mike Weaver
became an LMI partner in 1972 and four years later was recognized as the
LMI Franchise of the Year. Mike’s organization, Achievement Associates,
Inc., is based in 3 locations: Bucks County, Pennsylvania (in the
Philadelphia-New York City corridor), St. Louis, and The Carolinas. The
firm has served over 400 clients across the United States and in
Canada with well over 80% doing repeat business.
Mike’s firm has been heavily involved in the use of the entire
Teleometrics product line for over 25 years. The firm’s
Teleometrics-based work emphasizes an extensive leadership culture
change process called "The Achieving Manager Experience". Mike
introduced Teleometrics to LMI in 2001.
Mike holds both engineering and business degrees at the masters level
and is a registered professional engineer. He is also a graduate of the
Industrial College of the Armed Forces Mike served in the United States
Air Force, on active duty and as a reservist, and his career, before
entering the training and development field with LMI, included
engineering and management positions in aircraft operations, rotary
wing flight test, and systems engineering.
Mike is co-founder and charter member of Catalyst, a national
organization dedicated to furthering the state-of-the-art in training
and development. Mike is included in Who’s Who in The United States and
a variety of other reference publications.
Gregory S. Chelap is the President and a Director of Venture
Exit Partners, LLC . Greg is also a partner in the law firm of Skarlatos
& Zonarich LLP. He has extensive
experience in advising business owners and their families on matters
relating to financial, tax and management strategies for building and
conserving wealth. He works closely with business owners and their
families to plan and implement business exit planning strategies.
Greg Chelap concentrates his practice on the representation of
businesses and business owners. He has extensive experience in advising
business owners and their families on matters relating to financial,
tax and management strategies for building and conserving wealth. Mr.
Chelap regularly represents business owners in planning, structuring
and negotiating acquisitions and sales, start-ups, private placement
financings, joint ventures, and many other business transactions. Mr.
Chelap works closely with business owners and their families to plan
and implement business exit planning and succession planning
strategies. He regularly facilitates business advisory boards and
prepares restrictive employment, shareholder and limited liability
company agreements to accomplish the most efficient transfer of
ownership, management and control of the business. To accomplish his
clients' estate plans, Mr. Chelap prepares all forms of estate planning
documents including wills, family limited partnerships, powers of
attorney, grantor trusts, marital trusts, multi-generational trusts,
irrevocable life insurance trusts and charitable trusts.
Prior to joining Skarlatos & Zonarich, Mr. Chelap held several
financial advisory positions including: Chief Financial Officer of a
waste disposal and recycling company; Corporate Finance Consultant for
a business development and government relations company; and, Trust
Officer for a national bank.
Patrick J. Below
is a leading strategic thinker and business consultant specializing in
the areas of strategy and growth for small and medium-sized companies.
He founded his company, The Below Group, in 1970, in affiliation with
Leadership Management, Inc. In the past 35 years, his company has
worked with over 150 small and medium-sized clients across a wide
variety of industrial and service sectors.
He is author of two books on planning: The Executive Guide to Strategic Planning and The Executive Guide to Operational Planning. His third book, The CEO Challenge, was published in July, 2004.
Allen Raffetto
has a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology, with emphasis in cognitive
processes, statistics, and psychometrics. Psychometrics is the branch
of psychology that deals with administration and interpretation of
quantitive tests for the measurement of psychological variables such as
intelligence, aptitude, and personality traits. He is under contract
with LMI in addition to running his own LMI assessment business. He is
the host / moderator of the Assessments tele-training series, assists
in assessments certification and works on special projects with LMI
where his background proves valuable.
He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford
University, a M.A. at San Francisco University, and a Ph.D. at the
University of North Dakota . He taught at several universities and was
chairman of the Psychology Department at Beloit College. He has over 30
years of business experience emphasizing assessments, cognitive
processes and job-related behaviors. Al has been a LMI Franchisee since
1998. He has been a member of the American Psychological Association
and Sigma XI, a Scientific Society.
Paul Hindelang is a manufacturing consultant, quality engineer, and productivity/leadership trainer.
Paul has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological
University and a M.S.A. in Human Resources from Central Michigan
University.
He is involved in the ESD, ASQ, APICS, and the Troy Chamber of
Commerce. Additionally, Paul is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, a
Certified Quality Auditor, a Certified Mechanical Inspector, a
Certified Reliability Engineer, a Certified Quality Manager, Certified
Quality Technician and Certified Program Facilitator. He is also APICS
certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Integrated
Resource Management (CIRM), an ISO9000 Lead Auditor (RAB IATCA Sr.
Auditor #QI04940), and has been approved for QS-9000 Auditing by the
Automotive Industry Action Group.
