Former Sprint Regional CEO joins Leadership Management Institute
The Central Pennsylvania business consulting firm, Leadership Management Institute (LMI), has added another executive to its growing company. LMI today announced that former Carlisle Sprint CEO, Dale Cross, has joined the company as a senior consultant.
Cross will leverage his 22 years of experience to create business strategy, strengthen leadership culture development and productivity improvement programs for LMI clients.
“Dale’s extensive corporate business experience significantly allows us to focus on our mission to help local businesses excel,” said Kent Frese, LMI president. “He brings a new perspective to our clients by adding depth to our service offerings.”
Cross, most recently, serves as the executive Director of the Carlisle Area Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC). The OIC is a non-profit adult education organization that helps individuals become more employable, productive, and self-sufficient community members through education and training.
Cross graduated from West Point and garnered an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
His career has taken him across the country serving at all management levels in for-profit and non-profit companies as well as his own entrepreneurial ventures. He has two daughters and lives in Carlisle with his wife.
