Management Development Program Launched Print E-mail

January 15, 2007- The Leadership Management Institute (LMI) has launched a management development program available to business owners, managers and supervisors. The Achieving Manager Series meets for a half day workshop once a month with different topics each month. The topic for next month is Communication and Interpersonal Relations.

The Achieving Manager Series is a very powerful program for managers. We estimate that only 14% of all people in management positions have had any formal training. We believe that there is a model for effective behavior based on data and this process not only shows managers "what" to do, but explains the "how" of productive management behavior. Each participant gets insight into their own behavior and after each session has a road map for more effective management behavior in their own workplace.
