Additionally, he specializes in the design of organizational continuity programs, succession planning and exit strategies for CEOs and business owners.
An entrepreneur by nature, Kent excels in the creative end of the business, posing compelling questions to clients and reaching strategic, visionary solutions to today’s workplace challenges. His particular strength is aligning employees, and key institutional and technological resources, with business goals to achieve improved, measurable results.

Kent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University. He is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst; Certified Professional Values Analyst; Catalyst graduate; Rotary Leadership Institute graduate; a certified facilitator for both Leadership Management, Inc and Teleometrics International; and he is certified for high and low ropes training. He also served as a skiing instructor and coach for over 18 years. He is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Rotary Club of Harrisburg and Therapeutic Riding Association of Cumberland County.
