is a recognized expert in leadership development, strategic planning,
business development and operations process improvement with over 20
years of practical experience in organizational leadership and
development. Since 1966, LMI has helped hundreds of thousands of
leaders in organizations worldwide focus on "What Matters Most" to meet
the ever-changing challenges required to be competitive in a complex
global economy.
Kent holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
He is also a Catalyst graduate; a certified facilitator for both
Leadership Management, Inc and Teleometrics International; and he is
certified for high and low ropes training. He has also served as a
skiing instructor and coach for over 16 years.
